Home Information Searches has come to being though a company called Brian G. Marsden, a long established (22 years) Search Agency based in the North West of England. With the expertise that has been created we decided this was the perfect opportunity to expand our operation into the field of Home Information Packs. With a vast local knowledge of the area and all of its Local Authorities, it seemed a natural progression.
We are primarily a family run business with high family values and believe wholeheartedly in everything we do.
