We at Home Information Searches believe in supporting local business relationships between estate agents, solicitors and surveyors, We understand most agents want to use local surveyors and solicitors. By supporting the nomination of preferred Home Inspectors and Solicitors we are also supporting the existing reciprocal local relationships that provide the best personal local service to customers.
What we do
Make your HIP our top priority, and give you complete flexibility. If you wish to provide your own Energy Assesor/home Inspector then that’s fine, or you can leave it up to us to choose from a selection of Local people we have on our panel. If you/your client already has Title documents in their possession then that’s fine we can upload them into the pack and save a few more pounds. Why pay for something that is already available.
We will also:
Allow nomination of preferred solicitor
Provide a simple transparent pricing structure
Provide regular updates on progress
Make the HIP available in any format required, hard copy ( 1 per pack), CD, e-mail. Offer a simply easy to follow pricing structure for all of our services enabling you to choose exactly what you need.
What we don't do
Try to sell other services to your client (without your permission)
Undertake conveyancing work that would prejudice local reciprocal arrangements
Pay referral fees or commission for business introduction
