A Home Information Pack is a collection of important paperwork, that if readily available to your potential buyer will speed up greatly the transaction.

It contains Land Registry Information and Tiltle Plans, Leasehold documentation, Local searches, Drainage Searches and The Energy Certificate.

If you or your estate Agent market a property without having ordered a Home Information Pack you may be fined up to £200 per day until a Pack is requested. 

Packs can be ordered from your Estate Agent, via your Solicitor or direct from an Independant Supplier such as ourselves
