A Home Information Pack will vary in price dependant upon your property. Properties can be freehold, leasehold or leasehold with a Management Company. Prices may vary also dependant upon the size of the property.

Our pricing system is very straight forward

Freehold properties £300.00

Leasehold properties £350.00

Leasehold properties with Management company £400.00

All these prices are inclusive of VAT

You will not need to pay for any  other documents, these prices are for complete packs, enabling you to market your property straight away.  

All you have to do is give us a call, give us a few details and leave the rest to us, your pack wil be forwarded in a hard copy version (at no extra cost), and on a CD (at no extra cost)

We have no gimmicks, the price we quote is the price you pay, there are no hidden extras etc.
