If you wish to provide your own Energy Assesor/home Inspector then that’s fine, or you can leave it up to us to choose from a selection of Local people we have on our panel. If you/your client already have Title documents in their possession then that’s fine we can upload them into the pack and save a few more pounds. Why pay for something that is already available.
We understand the importance of a solicitor's involvement in the HIP production process in interpreting the search results and home condition report for consumers and arranging for any necessary further searches or enquiries. We see this as an integral part of our service.
Unlike some, we will always reciprocate business whenever possible and particularly when we receive a direct instruction without nomination of a preferred solicitor.
